Hello,
I am Jennifer Jarvis, the creatrix of Sacred Smoke and Rituals. I am a soothsayer, huntress, forager, and gardener. I am devoted to helping people deepen their innate connection to nature, their inner knowing, their inherited practices, and their ability to self-heal.
I founded Sacred Smoke & Rituals in 2017 while healing from cancer. I emerged by focusing on nature and finding strength in the ancient botanical practices of my European ancestors.
Harvesting flowers, herbs, berries, roots, and leaves from my garden, the forests of eastern Missouri and southern Maine, and creating rituals helped me reconnect to my life force. Today, I share those recipes and my love and passion for rituals with you.
